Back Squat Top Single 260KG(572lbs ) Today’s programming actually called for a top triple at 90% or above, but this was my top set at only 88% for 2 reps less than what was prescribed. This is the reality of long term strength training. There will always be ups and downs. . Sometimes it’s more/less clear as to what’s causing the good/bad results. But despite all possibilities, you just have to do what you can today and continue pushing forward so you can put up a better fight tomorrow. There’s no sense in stressing or losing sleep worrying about what’s already happened. . My Advice: Finish the work out to the best of your ability for that given day and then go home and make choices that will hell you position yourself to come back and fight harder tomorrow. . You can’t predict the unpredictable. All you can do is learn from your mistakes, adjust to your environments and continue growing stronger from each and every struggle. #TrainSmarter #FightHarder #HITW @hungerinthewild

A nova descrição foi adicionada no sistema em 17 de fevereiro deste ano e será utilizada em âmbito nacional. Ela facilita as vinculações de atividades voltadas a procedimentos de competência exclusiva ou de atuação da formação em Educação Física. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Junto ao novo termo, há outras sete classificações: Avaliador físico, Ludomotricista, Preparador de atleta, Preparador físico, Técnico de desporto individual e coletivo (exceto futebol ), Técnico de laboratório e fiscalização desportiva, Treinador profissional de futebol.
