🚨 PB Alert 🚨 . @melissalobb with a nice 80kg Deadlift for a PB yesterday 💪🏻 . This was Mel's first time really going for a PB. It's as much a mental battle as it is strength. Knowing what it feels like to really give 100% is something I would like everyone to experience (not for beginners ) I think people would be able to gauge their workouts better knowing what real max effort feels like . We use a scale in training called Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE ). This is a tool used to monitor your workout intensity, load and essentially how you feel during a lift and training. It's a scale of 1-10. Is this a useful tool if you don't know what a 10 feels like? In actual fact people often underestimate their RPE. What they perceive go be a 10 is more realisticly a 7 for example. . Although Mel had plenty more in the tank. We opted for more of a conservative technical failure approach, as much as we want to lift as much as we can it's not working sacrificing form and health . Speaking from experience it’s healing in regards to epilepsy. My nanny had epilepsy her entire life. Easily triggered by crowd anxiety. But even outside of my home ... That lil boy is an adult now. Every case has been successful back then. I’d use a higher dose in molasses with a pinch of baking soda ... 😘

Its the assignment of weight.
