Spezzatino di tacchino in slow cooker senza grassi aggiunti! Consistenza della carne burrosa, eccezionale, si spezza con un cucchiaio 🤤🤤😍 . . - 500g di carne di tacchino a cubetti (vi consiglio metà e metà a tra petto e coscia, la coscia risulta più grassa ) - 500g di patate tagliate a cubetti - 2 carote - 200g di pisellini primavera - 300ml brodo vegetale - 300g passata di pomodoro Posizionate tutti gli ingredienti tagliati nella slow cooker e ad ultimo aggiungere la passata di pomodoro e metà del brodo. Cuocere in modalità high per 8 ore, mescolando ogni 2/3 ore in modo che gli ingredienti solidi siano sempre coperti dal liquido. Inizio la mia settimana con un piatto vegetariano: MIGLIO CON FAGIOLI ROSSI E ZUCCHINE __ I legumi che consumo sono quelli secchi, li metto in ammollo per almeno 12 ore con un pizzico di bicarbonato, cambio l’acqua 2-3 volte e infine li cuocio in pentola con una foglia di alloro secco. __ Cuocio le zucchine in padella con un goccio di olio e acqua per circa 10 minuti. Infine, cuocio il miglio per assorbimento ( 1 parte di cereali: 3 acqua ). Mischio tutto, aggiungo poco sale, tanto basilico, condisco con olio evo ed il mio piatto unico è pronto! __ E voi? POLLO AL CURRY LIGHT con RISO BASMATI INTEGRALE. Cremoso, dietetico, gustosissimo e facilissimo da preparare. Ingredienti (non ho pesato nulla, ho fatto tutto ad occhio ): ➡️petti di pollo ➡️farina integrale ➡️latte ➡️curry Procedimento: Taglia i petti di pollo a tocchetti e infarinali nella farina integrale o in alternativa, qualsiasi altra farina che hai a disposizione in casa. Scalda una padella, senza aggiungere niente, fai rosolare per una decina di minuti i petti di pollo. Copri con un coperchio. Quando la carne ha preso il colore della carne cotta, aggiungi del latte e il curry. Io ho utilizzato il latte zymil, ma potete utilizzare qualsiasi altro latte, anche vegetale, che avete in casa. Lasciate cuocere a fiamma bassa per altri 10-15’ a seconda dello spessore del pollo. Più sarà sottile e meno tempo ci vorrà per cuocersi. Io amo mangiarlo accompagnato con del riso basmati integrale e una porzione di verdure.
