Te estás fijando solo en el peso para registrar tu progreso? Es un error que cometen muchos. 🤦🏻‍♂️ . Cuando nos ponemos a dieta fácilmente caemos en el error de preocuparnos por perder peso total, sin tomar en cuenta que más importante es mejorar nuestra composición corporal. El peso por si solo, o el IMC (indice de masa corporal ) no te está diciendo absolutamente nada. . Puedes tener a una persona de 84 kg definido con buena masa muscular y a otra persona a su lado con las mismas medidas y peso y verse totalmente distinto. ¿Por qué? Porque el peso no determina nada! Puedes ver una persona con barriga, sin definición y poca masa muscular. Por eso el peso NO importa. . Pudieras estar aumentando en masa muscular y perdiendo grasa corporal y tu peso siga siendo el mismo. . Por eso no debamos guiarnos por el pesó, si no por las medidas y como te sientas tu verdaderamente! Porque en el peor de los casos te frustas, abandonas y terminas por perder todo lo progresado. .
