💥 Resistance Band Workout 💥 - This resistance band workout will target every muscle group so make sure you double tap, hit SAVE! and enjoy! 💪🏼 . 💥 Air Squats. Really make sure you engage the glutes at the top of the movement and keep knees outward at depth. . 💥 Hip Thrusters. Adopt a wider stance and fully engage the glutes when lifting the hips high. Hold for a split second before repeating the movement. . 💥 1/4 Squat Crab Walk. Feel the time under tension as you sit the hips back and take good literal steps. Always keep tension in the band. . 💥 Lat Pulldown. Stand tall, keeping the core and glutes engaged. Maintain tension in the band throughout the movement and maximise in range of motion. Getting visible abs takes time. How long depends on your starting point. If you want abs, you’re going to need to lose fat and build muscle. Here’s how to do that: Lift heavy in the gym. Get strong across a range of reps. Focus on big, compound lifts 80% of the time. This will help build or maintain muscle. YOU MUST Eat in a calorie deficit. You need to eat enough so that you’re losing 1-2lbs per week. If you’re not averaging 1-2lbs per week, then eat less food. You’ll know you’re losing weight if you constantly feel a dull hunger or you have cravings. Embrace this feeling instead of trying to make it go away by eating. Eat high protein. Oder versucht ihr wie ich, auch mehr die Vorzüge zu sehen? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ich gestehe - mir fehlt meine Familie und natürlich auch Freunde. LIVE mit ihnen zu quatschen und vor allem auch mal wieder zu umarmen...die simplen Dinge eben. ❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Das Training wiederum zu Hause bereitet mir Spaß ohne Ende [unabhängig vom Equipment - haters gonna hate]. Ich genieße die Vorzüge ohne Ende. Kürzere Wege, paar Mins länger schlafen vor der Arbeit, weil die Anfahrt zu meinem Gym wegfällt. Niemanden interessiert es wie ich hier rumlaufe 😋. Keine Störfaktoren. Kein Gegaffe. Keine belegten Geräte, kein Gestank. 🙊⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Nur Rambo und ich / oder nur ich und das Training. Auch nach dieser kleinen großen „Kriese” oder nennen wir es mal: #besonderheit . Werde ich weiterhin zu Hause trainieren. Lediglich für ein paar skills und einer besonderen Community wegen wird es mich vermutlich nur noch wenige Male ins Gym ziehen. ❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ich hoffe ihr freut euch auf künftig weiterhin mehr #homeworkouts 💥🥳. LOW CALORIE DIETS WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO BURN FAT AND BUILD MUSCLE . . Taking a low calorie approach to building muscle and losing fat will most likely work against you because if you want to build muscle, even lean muscle, you need calories. It's almost impossible to significantly gain muscle and significantly drop fat at the same time and you honestly may have to choose one before the other. The usual route people take is to put on a few pounds and gain muscle (bulk ) and then lean up when they decide they are at a good size. Yes they may lose a few pounds of muscle but that’s the give and take. So how do you do this? the best way is to increase calories first to gain muscle. You may gain some fat, but with more muscle, you burn more calories, so fat will start to drop. Then you can lower calorie intake a little to lean up, but to maintain muscle mass you may still need to keep calories up. It takes patience and planning, so you can't shortcut your way to the body you want. Something I love doing is cooking and this is a great time, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, to learn to cook at home. Cooking at home, if you don’t know how to already or aren’t in the practice of it, cooking can teach you so much and has so many benefits. The great thing about cooking at home is you aren’t taking in all the chemicals and preservatives you get in ready-made foods, you don’t take in as much salt, you know exactly what is going in your body, you can customize the food to your liking, and it can be really fun! Another benefit is that you can learn to cook different meals that you are able to meal prep for when things go back to normal. When you eat out a lot or eat frozen meals, it’s very easy to stray from eating healthy but when you cook, it’s easier to stay structured with your meals, plan it out, and enjoy your meals at the same time. People always want to be different from everyone else, but they aren’t willing to put in the work that no one else is willing to do. . . . We all want to succeed, we all want what other successful people have. But have you ever looked into their lives, seen what they’ve sacrificed, seen their work ethic, or just analyzed their daily schedule? Have you ever tried to find out how much time they spend learning, practicing their craft, and working? When it comes to success, you can’t just want it. You hear it all the time: “you’ve got to want it”. We want a lot of things but have we tried to achieve it? Wanting is not enough, just the first step. That goes for working out as well. People say they want a six pack or want to lose weight, or be in the best shape they have ever been in. But have you done the research on how to do it? Have you started to incorporate workouts and healthy eating habits in your lifestyle? Have you even attempted to make a change? You’ll have a lot of negativity along the way. Friends and family who say they want the same thing but discourage you B/c they don’t want to put in the work. People saying it’s impossible because of their own insecurities. But that’s what should set YOU apart. Will you follow in their footsteps just b/c it’s been laid out for you, or make your own path, brick by brick? Be different.
