EQUILIBRIO __ Il mio momento preferito e non parlo della colazione, è solo il contorno, parlo del mattino, quando tutto ancora tace e io ascolto il silenzio. Mi piace il silenzio, mi piace svegliarmi presto ma riposata. Mi butto giù dal letto, piedi scalzi, faccio entrare luce e aria, controllo le piante, me ne prendo cura, fa bene al cuore. Un bicchiere di acqua e... 10/15 minuti di yoga, chi lo avrebbe mai immaginato, tutto questo tempo per me. Procedo poi con il preparare la colazione, ascolto il cinguettio degli uccellini, ascolto i miei pensieri e cerco di veicolarli sempre su qualcosa di positivo e se arriva un po’ di nostalgia, lo accetto, fa parte del gioco. Di certo non mi lamento, non perdo le speranze e a quell’ #andràtuttobene io ci credo, ci devo credere e spero anche voi. __ In una quotidianità stravolta mi adatto, e mi scopro sempre più forte, mi sorprendo, e sorrido ad un nuovo equilibrio ❤️ e voi? __ Ps: la ricetta dei pancakes, è sempre la stessa! Holaa cómo están?? Hoy hice esta alternativa de ensalada para variarle y comer otro tipo de verdura! Quedó deliciosaa y de lo más fácil de hacer! La pueden hacer como entrada en alguna de sus comidas o solo para botanear💕💕💕🔝🔝🔝. . . ENSALADA DE TRONQUITOS🍃🥑💚. . Necesitas: -2 chayotes. -1 aguacate🥑. -3 cdas de aceite de oliva extra virgen. -Sal y pimienta. -Sal de ajo opcional o un diente de ajo (yo no le pongo ajo porque me cae mal ). . . Preparación: -Lava y pela los chayotes. -Pártelos en palitos (en crudo ). -Pon en una licuadora el aguacate, el aceite de oliva, la sal, la pimienta y la sal de ajo. Licua bien y si queda muy espeso agrega un chorro de agua hasta tener una consistencia ni muy aguada ni muy espesa. -Agrega el aderezo a los chayotes justo antes de servir porque si no se aguadan. . . Y listooo!! Es una opción buenísima para comer verdura y grasas saludables! Si tienes hijos te aseguro que les van a fascinar y se los van a devorar! Inténtalo y me cuentas que tal!. . . Who's going to follow? 🌈 Then take your pan and make the following recipe 👉 VEGAN Banana Pancakes 👩‍🍳: - 1 big ripe banana - 60g of spelt flour - 20g of protein powder - brown sugar (after your sweet tooth ) - 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder - 130ml of plant-based milk - coconut oil - toppings Mash half of the banana. Combine the dry ingredients. Then add the banana mash and pour in the milk. Stir until you have a nice batter. Heat up the coconut oil in a pan. Fry the pancakes. Top with the rest of the banana and your choice of toppings. DONE 🙏

For today’s breakfast I had a super delicious raspberry porridge with mango, berries, kiwi and cashew butter.
