I didn’t have a lot of anything but had some fresh produce that needed using up so I cooked them up with some pantry staples and it was really tasty! Leftover over smoked salmon, onion, fresh tomato, spinach and mushrooms pimped up with sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, a few capers and a touch of paprika and basil pesto. I had this on toast but you could have with pasta, put it in a wrap or add an egg... {L'ultima vellutata di cavolfiore, l'ultimo cavolo della stagione ❄️} — Oggi vellutata, lenticchie rosse decorticate e semi di zucca. Per la vellutata ho usato 1/2 cavolfiore (era in frigo da più di una settimana, era ora di finirlo! ), 1 patata, 1 costa di sedano e uno scalogno. Ho aggiunto un cucchiaino di curcuma e un pizzico di sale, acqua a coprire e fatto cuocere per 20/25 minuti. Frullato e la nostra crema è pronta! Le lenticchie rosse le ho semplicemente sciacquate bene e fatte bollire per 15 minuti scolate e aggiunte alla vellutata. In my pantry make-over package, I take the time to not only go over what should/n’t be in your pantry and fridge…but also how to organize it so that it is easier for you to want to reach your goals. • Here are 6 Tips to Get You Started: Swipe for photos ⏪⏩ • 1️⃣Hang suction baskets on the sides of your fridge. Fill these baskets with single cheese sticks and slices, little bags of carrots, or any random food item that might otherwise get lost in the refrigerator. Found on Amazon. 2️⃣Glue magnets to the bottom of containers and stick them to the walls of a fridge. This is an excellent idea to minimize clutter with items you open, but don’t want the jars to take up too much room. 3️⃣Label refrigerator drawers. This is great; especially, if you have kids. Things are always thrown in random spots and then can’t be found. Sometimes we are even lucky if they make it back to the fridge. With labeling, there’s no excuse for confusion. 4️⃣Organize food in clear bins. These can be found on Amazon or Dollar General. The key here is that it is easy on the eyes. It is clear when it should be re-stocked or running low. In addition, easy access. 5️⃣Install miniature pull out shelves. These can be found on Amazon. Not feeling one bit guilty with this snacker! 😋 . . I feel the need to surround myself with healthy snacks these days. This hummus recipe is so easy to make and includes the simplest of ingredients. Despite not using Tahini given I didn’t have it in my kitchen, it still turned out amazing. 🍲 CALDO DE POLLO SUAVE 🍲(Unas 2,5 horas ) . Ingredientes (Para 3-4 personas ): ▫️ 1 cebolla ▫️ 2 muslos de pollo grandes ▫️ 2 zanahorias ▫️ 1 ramillete de apio ▫️ 1 puerro ▫️ 1 patata ▫️ Sal ▫️Fideos núm 0 integrales o integrales de espelta ▫️ Aceite de oliva —— Preparación: 1. En una olla grande, pondemos un poco de aceite de oliva y empezamos dorando la cebolla y un muslo de pollo. . 2. Una vez dorado, agregamos los demás ingredientes a la olla (previamente lavados y pelados ). También, agregamos bastante sal (al gusto ). . 3. Cubrimos con agua y ponemos a fuego fuerte. Cuando haya hervido un poco bajamos a fuego medio y dejamos que vaya hiriviendo durante 1,5h-2h. . 4. El caldo irá sacando una espuma. Con la ayuda de una espumadera, vamos quitando esta espuma. . 5. Vamos agregando sal en función de nuestro gusto. . 6. Si vemos que el agua está bajando mucho, añadimos un poco más. . 7. Cuando haya pasado 1 horita más o menos, agregamos la patata pelada. . 8. Una vez haya pasado la 1,5h-2h, colamos el caldo y añadimos los fideos. . 9. Cuando los fideos estén hechos, servimos el caldo en un bol. . 10. Si nos apetece, podemos añadir en la sopa algunos ingredientes con los que hemos hecho el caldo para aprovecharlos. Los que quedan mejor son: - 🍗 El pollo troceado - 🥕 La zanahoria troceada - 🥔 La patata . Сегодня я расскажу о фонах, которые используются в фудфото и тех, которые использую лично я. ⠀ Фоны бывают разные: ⠀ ⠀ – от бумажных до пластиковых, – фоны на каркасе ⠀ – фоны на креплениях Фоны могут быть использованы и как задник и для создания горизонтальной поверхности. ⠀ Фотограф–стилист всегда договаривается с заказчиком о фоне в зависимости от выбранного стиля съёмки 👌🏻 ⠀ Какие фоны использую я: ⠀ –Для задника я использую листы дсп в необходимом цвете, или тот фон, который есть на самом деле, т. к это добавляет некую историю на фото. ⠀ 🌿Для горизонтальной поверхности я люблю использовать: – натуральные материалы ⠀ –Очень люблю работать с льняными тканями или даже с марлей. Эти ткани имеют, необходимую мне, текстуру и соответствуют моему эстетическому вкусу. – Натуральное дерево: будь-то обожженный массив дерева, либо искусственно состаренная поверхность. ⠀ ⠀ ❌❌❌Я не люблю бумажные, пластиковые фоны. Easy lunch idea: leftover chilli with tortillas (I used @misterfreedtortillas from @grapetreefoods ), grated cheese and jalapeño peppers if you can handle the heat 😅⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ EASY TURKEY CHILLI:⁣⁣ ▪️ 1 tablespoon oil (I used rapeseed )⁣⁣ ▪️ 1 white onion, diced⁣⁣ ▪️ 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped⁣ (or garlic powder )⁣ ▪️ 1 bell pepper, diced⁣⁣ ▪️ 400g of turkey (or lean beef/meat-free ) mince⁣⁣ ▪️ Spices: 1 tbs chilli powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp pepper⁣⁣⁣ ▪️ 1 carton of passata/chopped toms (400-500g )⁣ ▪️ 1 tbs of tomato purée⁣ ▪️ 1 can of kidney/black beans⁣ ⁣ ⁣⁣ METHOD:⁣⁣ 1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion, garlic and pepper on a medium heat for 3-4 mins until they start to brown⁣⁣ 2. Add the mince and spices and fry for a few more minutes until the mince looses its pink colour⁣ 3. Add the passata, tomato purée and beans, bring to the boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-30 mins⁣⁣ 4. Serve with rice, tortillas, sour cream, avocado, grated cheese, jalepenos or whatever you fancy! 🍚🌽🥑🧀🌶

Σαλάτα ντομάτα με #αβοκάντο και #καλαμπόκι 🥗🥗🥙Υλικά (4μεριδες ) 2 φλ. τσ. βρασμένοι σπόροι καλαμποκιού ½ κ. ντοματάκια cherry κομμένα στα δύο 1 ώριμο αβοκάντο κομμένο σε κυβάκια 2 φλ. τσ. 🥒 #αγγούρι κομμένο σε κυβάκια ¼ φλ. φρέσκο κόλιανδρο 1 μικρή κόκκινη καυτερή πιπεριά Χυμός από 2 λάιμ 2 κ.σ. ελαιόλαδο αλάτι 🍅🍅🍅Εκτέλεση Πλένουμε και καθαρίζουμε την καυτερή πιπερίτσα από τις μεμβράνες και τους σπόρους και την κόβουμε σε πολύ λεπτές λωρίδες. Ετοιμάζουμε το ντρέσινγκ χτυπώντας καλά το λάιμ και το ελαιόλαδο. Σε μεγάλο μπολ ανακατεύουμε όλα τα υλικά, την πιπεριά και αλάτι σύμφωνα με το γούστο μας και περιχύνουμε με το ντρέσινγκ.
