The movement of the limbs give the midline a chance to adapt and respond. If we teach the midline to be rigid, we’re not giving it the opportunity to be adaptable and function as a reflexive platform. . Many peripheral tissues throughout the limbs share the same “synaptic input,” meaning they work together to dampen and dissipate stress/load as they move and communicate that with the nervous system. The neurology, the anatomical organization, and the real-world function the limbs paints a clear picture of what our rehab should look like. Você tem alguma estratégia de variáveis de treinamento?! Se não, passe a ter! Ter consciência corporal é tão importante para ter bons resultados no treino, fora que treinar com quem realmente sabe como, quando e o que fazer é muito mais interessante! Já são quase 3 semanas de confinamento, treinei 6x por semana (só não treinei no sábado, pq pra mim é o dia que eu gosto de morar no sofá ), enfim, fiz mais treinos com peso do próprio corpo, vez ou outra usando algum aparelho... vejo resultados maravilhosos nesses dias! Portanto, usei meus dias off-line por assim dizer, pra botar estratégias em prática, e realmente funciona! Se funcionou comigo, vai dar certo pra vc tb! É só uma dica da Tia Lari pra dizer que todo treino bem feito, tem bons resultados! Então deixa a preguiça de lado e bora treinar! For many people who attend the gym, it isn’t solely about getting bigger muscles or becoming stronger - It is a place where for at least one hour, nothing else matters. A place where all their problems can be completely forgotten. - For myself and I know for many others, it is therapy. It is a way to help battle our mental wars such as anxiety and depression. A space of development and encouragement without judgement.
